Aerial Yoga

In an aerial yoga class, you use a suspended fabric hammock to perform yoga poses, stretches, and inversions. The hammock supports the body, allowing for deep stretches, greater range of motion, and the ability to hold poses with less strain. Expect a blend of traditional yoga postures, strength-building exercises, and fun inversions, all while being gently supported by the hammock.  The class often ends with a relaxing savasana while cradled in the fabric. 

Aerial yoga helps improve flexibility, core strength, balance, and provides a sense of weightlessness. It’s accessible to all levels.

All Levels Yoga

In an All Levels yoga class, participants of varying experience levels are guided through a series of poses that can be modified to suit individual abilities. Expect a combination of standing poses, seated stretches, balance work, and possibly some gentle inversions, with a focus on breath awareness and alignment.

Barre & Pilates

 

In a Barre & Pilates class, you can expend a dynamic blend of strength, flexibility, and core-focused exercises. The class typically starts with a warm-up followed by a series of small, controlled movements that target specific muscle groups, particularly in the legs, glutes, arms, and core. Barre exercises, often performed at a ballet barre or chair, emphasize posture, balance and isometric strength, while Pilates incorporates mat work to engage and strengthen the core, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall stability. The movements are low-impact but highly effective for toning and sculpting muscles.

Modifications are provided for all fitness levels, making these classes accessible to both beginners and advanced students.

Deep Stretch

Drum Fit Yoga

Kundalini Yoga
