At our studio, we believe yoga is for every body–whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time for deepening a lifelong practice. 200HR Yoga Teacher Training
We’re proud to be the home of West Virginia’s first 200-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training—a groundbreaking program that blends traditional yoga philosophy with modern neuroscience, somatic awareness, and inclusive teaching practices. Designed for those who want to lead with compassion and create safe, empowering spaces, this training equips future teachers with the tools to support diverse communities and honor the healing potential of yoga. It’s more than certification—it’s a movement toward mindful leadership and embodied resilience.
